Anh20 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using anh20's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the anh20 platform at https://anh20.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and anh20 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use of the anh20 platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. anh20 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot provide satisfactory proof.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of anh20 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. anh20 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
User responsibilities include the following:
- Providing accurate personal information at registration and keeping it updated whenever changes occur
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party
- Notify anh20 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Using the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, and not for fraud or money laundering
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the platform
3. Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy
All transactions on the anh20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including online banking via FPX and supported local e-wallets.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or bank account registered under the same name as the anh20 account. anh20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds, in order to meet financial compliance requirements.
Some important points regarding payments:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and are subject to change depending on the payment method selected
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the rollover requirements specified in their respective bonus terms and may not be withdrawn directly without first meeting those requirements
- Anh20 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers during transaction processing
- All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except in the event of a proven technical error
- Anh20 reserves the right to hold or review any transaction suspected of being linked to fraud or illegal activity
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Anh20 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software or methods (bots, scripts, or similar tools) to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of the platform or the security of other users
- Spreading false, defamatory, or damaging information that could harm the reputation of anh20 or other users
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Sharing content or information that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights of any party
Anh20 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or game outcomes.
Anh20's total liability under all circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the relevant liability claim arising.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Anh20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for security and regulatory compliance reasons. In the event of a suspension, any legitimate cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, unless evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting anh20 customer support. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Intellectual Property
All content on the anh20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of anh20 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without the express written consent of anh20.
Third-Party Links
The anh20 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. anh20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Access to any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Anh20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
